I had a brilliant stay at Shammi's place. The house and location are both fantastic. Shammi is really welcoming, friendly and laid back, and knows lots about the local area if you need it. You can hang out and chat it the communal areas of kitchen, dining room and living room with its lovely wood burning stove, or you can keep yourself to yourself in your own private room and bathroom. The whole ground floor - including bathroom - is accessible, too, which is great. Fantastic.

This is the perfect mountain retreat for art lovers and hikers. Shammi is delightful and gave the best recommendations. We had a beautiful hike and walk just outside the home and a swim in the lake as well. Delightful and will return.
